Be at peace with yourself, don't be so harsh on yourself. Sometimes when you are pusing yourself to hard and your body knows it needs a break. It is not that you have fallen its that you are taking a step back and refocusing on your goals, mind set. Life is to short to not take a deep breath. Know in your heart that you did not get here over night and you are not going to get our over night either. It took years to break these health habits and get over weight and unhealhty its going to take equally as long to reverse the damage. Its hard, its not easy any matter of it. I feel the eating part is the easiest part to change. As for the working out its a challege each day takes to keep the motivation and keep moving farward, commiting, pushing play, walking, working out.
Its the toughest part NO MATTER how bad you want it, the older you let yourself get before you commit to making the change the harder its going to be to get there. I am 45 and I hurt every day, my bones, my muscles, my skin. It all hurts and it makes me mad that I did not stay focused and take care of my health and my body years ago. I am not ready to get old, I dont want to hurt I dont want to lose faith that it is still obtainable. I want people to know that it is so IMPORTANT to take care of ones self. Getting the road back to healthy is a challenge and I know that I am never giving up, its easy on some days hard on most. But I know that I want it bad enough that I will achieve it no matter how many days, years or months it takes.
I see so many WIN the fight and get to the place of optimum health with the smile of victory I know one day it will be me. It is so easy in todays lifestyle to let go and get caught up in the hurry hurry of life. Busy non stop run run go go go and eat what comes at you in convience. It so much matters what goes in your mouth every breathing day of your life. And if you are making bad choices it only comes out in the end as bad health, medical bills and lots of medications. Why would one not want to change there lifestyle NOW make the change, take the chance, MAKE THE COMMITMENT. Breath deep for you are worth every step you take of taking care of a better YOU.
Life is but a Journey set before us with many paths and many doors open and closed. But it is you and your mind that must made the right choices. The temption wears many masks and is thrown at you in many ways. There is a voice inside us that we should listen to in more ways when the devil is tempting us to make the wrong choices.
I love who I am and I love the life I lead. I wish I would of made better choices or stayed on the solid path of health and fitness 4 years ago for now I have to start all over once again.
Its painful and the most important is no matter how many times we fall that we can continue on the right path over and over never giving up on your goals or dreams.
Take the time to DREAM and Write down your GOALS. Focus on your future and what you want to see out of it. Focus and make Commitments to stay on the right path. If you have Dreams its healthy, if you have Goals that get you to the DREAM its obtainable. If you BELIEVE in yourself you are that much closer to obtaining any Hearts Desire of your Destiny. God Blessed each of us in his own ways, know that he placed you here for a reason though reasons dont make scence at times. I believe in every one of you and I am proud to call you Family, Friend.
