Do you stuggle with making the commitment to a Healthier Lifestyle? So do I, not so much on the food part on the working out part. You cannot complain about what you do not work for. When I am comminted and pushing forward whether it be Working Out or Pushing Play I see results. I eat clean and have made my consumption of daily fruits and veggies with portions of meat. I try my best to shop the outlines of the store not the interior. What are your successes in fitness and weight loss? I have lost 30 lbs as you know and have been at a plateau for about three months now. I am holding at 215 to 222 and cannot get under this. As of this week I am commited to changing it up and trying my hardest to get under this plateau. For never giving up and moving forward, inspiring others that anything is possible.
Have I struggled YES, do I shed tears YES. This is not easy nor did I feel it was going to be. I know three years ago with 2 hrs a day commitment and not eating after 6pm I got down to 201 and kick myself in the butt daily that I should of kept going. As long as you never give up and keep working on you there will be rewards. They make it so easy to be UN HEALTHY. You have bad things in your sites daily. But people say its so expensive to eat healthy and get healthy???? So you are saying medications, cancer, sickness and hospital stays are cheaper? For that is what ou are going to get if you dont take a step back and know how important it is to take care of your Health.
People say I will start some day, one day, tomorrow? Why keep puting it off when you can be one step closer today by starting NOW? You see yourself go from an ideal weight to a weight you feel you cannot recover from? As I get more fitness minded and health concious I see my friends not taking care of there health. Not watching what they are doing to their bodies on a daily basis. They have kids as I do, my kids fuel my fire. I want to see them grow old, I want to be in there lives, I want to see my grandkids grow up. I want to see weddings, graduations, sports, anything I can see watching them enjoy life. I want to enjoy my life. I wish others I see would do the same. How do you reach out to those you love and care about and say how you feel without offending? You can take the chance and hope they know you love them and care without judging. Its not that I am judging you, I am worried about you. I love you and I care about your future as I do my own. Your families need you I want to say. Your kids need you my heart sings. As I get fitter and fitter slow but sure one step at a time one inch at a time. I want you to see my journey and know that you to can have the same. For I believe in you as I believe in myself. I know my family needs me, they want to see me healthy. I dont like seeing fat pictures of myself. I have been at this for 10 months and I still dont like some pictures of myself, I feel I should be farther in this journey than I am.
Please look in the mirror to who you are today and know that there is a healthy person dying to come out. Look into your childs eyes and see the love they have for you. See their future and picture you IN IT. Sports, Dances, Graduations, Child Birth, Weddings all that life endures and know YOU NEED TO BE IN THOSE MEMORIES. I dont care if you weight 250/300/400+ I believe in you and we can do this one step at at time. In my journey I will help you with yours. Dont be affraid to reach out, I love you, I want a better life for you as I do myself. My family means that much to me, I MEAN THAT MUCH TO ME.
Put down the unhealthy foods, pick up new habits. Quit smoking, start walking. Each day and every step means one step closer to a better tomorrow TRUST ME.
